From the roof to the basement - Or how far reaching human negligence and its consequences

Whether you can imagine a situation when you water dripping from the ceiling into the apartment, although rain and a storm was not, but the days and weeks, and right outside summer temperature 40 degrees Celsius. It's not all. Basement look like they were hit by tsunami, smelly, full of moisture, in a word, useless, although the fall in residential area. Glass window above the staircase rains, the rain falling directly into the building. Tenants can not seem to be prone to them from the rain all the leaks on the head. The story sounds very unlikely, as science fiction, believe me not, but it is a real truth. On the other hand it is questionable how and in what way a residential service has money from the reserve. And representatives of the services should seek compensation through the courts, which is caused by their negligence and actions. This may be a good lesson for the public, or future landlords, not to give their trust easily to anyone.
