No seasonal flu

Sektor ljudskih potencijala prošlog je mjeseca na Podravkinom intranetu pokrenuo nagradnu igru “zagrizi znanje” u cilju promoviranja novog e-tečaja “Poslovno dopisivanje”.

Nagradna igra zainteresirala je veliki broj Podravkaša pa je pristiglo i više od 560 točnih odgovora. Prilikom svečanog uručenja nagrada najuspješnijima, koje je održano u velikoj konferencijskoj dvorani Podravkine sedmerokatnice, direktor sektora Ljudski potencijali Marko Ranilović naglasio je da su osmislili interaktivnu nagradnu igru upravo kako bi već i njome zaposlenicima približili metodu e-učenja. Prvih 50 “najbržih prstića” dobilo je, osim samog e-tečaja i mali dar iznenađenja.

Bile su to prigodne majice sa znakom zagriznute jabuke kao simbola kojim smo spremni zagristi i znanje. Podsjetimo, e-obrazovanje dostupno je svim zaposlenicima koji imaju računalo spojeno na intranet, a osim učenja i usvajanja različitog znanja, na ovaj se način širi korporativna kultura cjeloživotnog učenja i dijeljenja znanja Podravkaša. Već je najavljen i sljedeći novi e-tečaj o upravljanju sigurnošću hrane, a ubrzo nakon njega uslijedit će e-tečajevi i na druge zanimljive teme.

Važno je spomenuti da će i svi ostali koji su poslali točno rješenje također dobiti pristup tečaju.
